 2\. Tourist Registration Requirement  
In accordance with Article 116(5) of the Tourism Act of the Republic of Bulgaria, all guests (tourists) are required to provide additional personal information after booking confirmation. This information is collected solely for legal reporting purposes to the competent authorities, as required by Bulgarian tourism regulations.  
 3\. Invoice Issuance  
A tax invoice can be issued upon request. Guests who require an invoice must provide full company or personal details prior to checkout.  
 4\. Heating Disclaimer  
The heating in the apartment is provided by ductless split units.
