### Cozy apartment, 20 min from Sofia City Centre

Spacious apartment in the heart of Studentski grad.  
It is perfect for a romantic getaway, business travels, solo travellers, people that prefer to work from a quiet home atmosphere and everyone who just needs to have some rest. When you book, you get: king size bed, sofa, desk, dining area, bathroom with toilet, fully equipped kitchen, kettle, coffee, tea, wardrobe with hangers, extra pillow, TV, wifi, balcony where you can smoke, etc.   
Тhe apartment is close to public transport, kinder garden, to a park, UNSS university, a lot of cafes and restaurants, pharmacy, supermarkets, etc.  
Studentski grad is one of a kind.
