My house is located in the center of Sofia City. Its on the corner with main central street of Sofia G.S.Rakovski and at the same time its very quite because inner courtyard where house is located. You can listen music or laugh without the stress of the neighbors. At same time please respect others and dont make noise after 22:00. Thats the law in BG.

Walking distance from all main attractions, bars, restaurant and theaters (15-30 min).
The space
*** GARDEN ***
A private garden with stairs directly from kitchen where you can drink a coffee or wine at the evening.

*** SUPER MARKET ***
There is a shop just 15m by the entrance. There is also 24/7 open supermarket just 200 m by the house.

*** TV ***
Every floor have a screen .In the living room there is a big one (50 inches) with smart TV and Netflix. HDMI cable

*** COFFEE MACHINES ***
High class automatic coffee machine. Just click and take your coffee or tea.
Guest access
You can use all the house and garden, kitchen with 10-12 chairs, living room with sofas, poofs and huge TV (Netflix, HBO GO, 140+tv channels). Bathroom and toilet on every floor.
