In the district of Wildmoos 2 km from the centre of Sölden, on the outskirts, 86 km from the centre of Innsbruck, in the residential district, 1.2 km from the skiing area. Parking on the premises. Shop 550 m, restaurant 600 m, bus stop "Sölden Wildmoos" 94 m, railway station "Ötztal Bahnhof" 39.8 km, indoor swimming pool 2.2 km. Mountain railway 1.2 km, ski lift 1.2 km, slopes 1.2 km, ski bus stop 150 m, cross country ski track 1.3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Gaislachkoglbahn 1.2 km. Please note: The owner does not accept any groups. Ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence. Owner uses some rooms in the house. Ski bus: from Christmas to around Easter, 4 trips a day to the cable car and back. Note: In both halves of the house, rooms are rented separately on the ground floor, basement and first floor. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 double bed and satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Shower, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Oil heating. Carpet. Balcony, terrace. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben mit 6 Personen eine sehr schöne Woche in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Es war sehr sauber, die Wohnung praktisch eingerichtet und die Betten waren super. Der Kontakt mit der Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen gerne wieder

Entspricht nicht den Bildern

Die Einrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und die Binder entsprechen nicht ganz der Wirklichkeit. Zudem handelt es sich eher um jeweils einzelne Zimmer in einem Haus statt einer abgeschlossenen Wohnung. Alle Zimmer mussten abgeschlossen werden, da noch weitere Gäste im Haus waren.

Gezellige ski vakantie

Prima huis, wij waren met gezelschap van 6 personen, 3 ruime slaapkamers, badkamer, 2 toiletten en keuken. Op bovenste verdieping zat nog een stel, maar totaal geen last van gehad. Dorp op loopafstand, maar ook skibus stopt in de buurt Aardige gastvrouw

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich und am besten mit einer größeren Gruppe zu nutzen, da alle Zimmer,WCs und Bad ein gemeinsames Treppenhaus haben. Die Küche ist nicht übermäßig gut ausgestattet, wenn man kochen möchte könnte es umständlich werden. Die Lage ist zum Skifahren prima da der Skibus um die Ecke hält.

Viele Dinge sind Kaputt, zB die Badewanne, Nachtischlampe, Steckdose im Badezimmer,Gefrierfach, im Sideboard in der Küche fiel die Schublade aus ihrer Führung, die Fenster im Badezimmer und Schlafzimmer sind zum Teil blind! Insgesamt besteht ein deutlicher Renovierungsbedarf! Ich kann diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen!!!

Ein gelungener Winterurlaub

Das Einchecken war persönlich mit Rosi schnell erledigt, so dass wir in der Nähe gleich einkaufen konntenn und den Kühlschrank füllen konnten. Danach ging es noch auf die Piste. zu Fuß ist die Gondel in 10 Minuten zu erreichen Die Unterkunft ist großzügig und alles Notwendige für die paar Tage ist vorhanden. Sehr zu empfehlen und Danke

Urlaub

Werte Damen und Herren Wenn man keine großen Ansprüche stellt ist die Unterkunft Okay.Leider gab es keinen Backofen in der Küche was für mich zum Standard gehört. Gleichzeitig ist es sehr schlecht ausgeschrieben bei der Buchung das man nicht eine separate Wohnung hat sondern sich mit einem 2 Urlauberpaar dort finden muß und so man sich nicht frei Bewegen kann. Zum Preis Leistung Verhältnis gab es schon bessere Wohnungen für weniger Geld in anderen Urlaubsor Mit freundlichen Grüßen ...

Ferienwohnung?

Alls eine Wohnung hab Ich mir anders vorgestellt, alle Zimmer sind über einen gemeinsamen nutzenden Treppenhaus zu erreichen dass heißt wenn mann Morgens ins Bad will muss man mit fremde Personen rechnen.

We have stayed in this apartme...

We have stayed in this apartment already 2 times. The apartments are very comfortable, clean, warm. The kitchen is perfectly equipped with everything necessary. There are conditions for storing and drying ski and snowboard equipment. The ski bus stop is very close. You can walk 10 minutes to shops and the center of Sölden. If you are traveling with a large family, you can rent several apartments in the same house, which is very convenient. If you are driving a car, you must have chains for the wheels. This apartment has excellent value for money. Many thanks to the owner for her hospitality! We recommend these apartments!
