"When we arrived they were drying the carpet out with a big fan. The carpet was soaking wet! There were chunks of the carpet missing. We pulled the sheets back and there was debris on the sheets. There were also burn holes in the bedding. The guy at the desk responded “they are just burn holes”. We requested the sheets be changed and they were. The smoke detector kept going off and we requested battery change. At 5:00 am the alarm went off again and continued to the point we took it off the ceiling. "

This is our 1st vrbo rental, so I was nervous about not getting info until the day before ... But all worked out with no complications.Great place. Will do again if we are back in the area."
