We ended up using Grant's Beach service for an umbrella and chairs simply to carve out space on the beach, especially during high tide. The unit is clean, comfortable, and has ample space. The balcony has beautiful views (but very flimsy chairs, which were already cracked when we arrived). We had problems with getting hot water in the master shower, but the management of the property responded with a fix-apparently it's a quirk with that fixture. Water pressure in both bathrooms is low flow. The layout of the unit is really nice with access to the balcony from each bedroom and the living room. Having laundry in the unit is very convenient.
