Additionally, if you’re part of a community, be aware that there will be extra rules and regulations to follow. The upper level boasts an expansive open-plan kitchen complete with a breakfast bar accommodating three, a living area equipped with a TV and cable, a dining space for eight, and a queen bedroom featuring a TV, cable, ceiling fan, and a dual-access bathroom. A queen sleeper sofa is available in the landing area, allowing for a total accommodation of 12 guests. On the lower level, discover a queen bedroom that opens onto the front deck with beautiful sound views, along with a dual-access bathroom containing a tub and shower. This leads to another queen bedroom, which also has deck access and ocean views—both equipped with TVs, cable, and ceiling fans. It was relaxing to be right on the beach and hear the waves. We got to see dolphins swim by and found lots of nice shells. The only issue we had was with one of the breakers tripping, which resulted in no electricity in one of the bedrooms and the jack and jill bathroom, and the gfi outlet in the kitchen tripping, which caused some of the outlets to not work. About the only thing I would have wanted to be different was to have access to the beach from the top floor. I loved the location of the house, and especially that you allow pets. I thought the pet fee was kind of high, but was glad to be able to have a dog with us; it was her first time at the beach, and she loved the it! The beds are super comfy, and the kitchen is well appointed, contrary to many houses that seem to just have old, "leftover" pots and pans, etc. Appreciated having a large crock pot, too. There was a glitch in communications with the rental company regarding check-in. They did not email that the property is "now" contactless (the keypad on the house is NOT brand new) until 1:48 PM on the day of check-in, and that was 10 min after they sent an email with the old check-in instructions; this information should have been communicated from the beginning.
