The permanent residences were very nice and helpful when we talked to them. They explained about the issue with the indoor pool, which has not been operational for some time. The only downfall was not with the condo but with the facility. The one elevator was broken the entire time we were there and then on the last day the second elevator broke. We had to take our things down the steps and we were on the 4th floor, it was an inconvenience but we did it. However, while doing this there was a lady who was staying on the fifth floor in a wheel chair who was unable to get upstairs. After waiting about 45 minutes, of waiting and trying to find someone, a permanent residence came out and messed with some thing and got it to work but was not part of the maintenance team so not sure how long it would continue to work. ##### Michelle S. Upon arrival the room was ready and what a pleasant surprise. Nice furniture and relatively clean. The worst thing was the floors. Socks and feet were black within minutes. The views were great, as was access to beach. However interior severely outdated, kitchen supplies awful, comforters dirty, rugs torn up in places w exposed nails, bathrooms were cleaned but grout so dirty. The couch had a horrible odor and no one wanted to sit on it.
