"We upgraded to an ocean-view room, which looked over the rooftops of the neighboring property and then the ocean. Nice to look at while sorting in bed. The room was very comfortable and nicely decorated. The heated floors in the bathroom get 6+ stars! Our included breakfast buffet had lots of choices, but the eggs, sausage and bacon were luke warm. Coffee machine gets high marks, too. The friendly and helpful staff warmly welcomed us and dinner in the onsite restaurant our first night was very good. We had the cod."

"We felt welcomed after a long day’s drive. The restaurant on site, The Mural, was excellent. The dinner and breakfast were good. We did have a broken door handle in the bathroom and we reported it to staff."

"A wonderfully cozy room with a phenomenal, unforgettable view! The room was small but completely functional, and the bed was super comfortable. The staff here were all very kind and helpful, and the fish stew we ordered for lunch was lovely. Would absolutely come back, and would recommend!"

"The Old Post office was a large guesthouse very close to the Kirkjufell waterfall and mountai. The mountain was well seen from the guesthouse. The rooms were quite large, with private bathrooms and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was a bit small but ok for a simple meal. The whole place was very clean. We liked staying there."
