"Fantastic place for the money! Quick checkin, well equipped kitchen had free food left behind by previous travelers, and comfy rooms. I lucked out and was present for an Àsgeir (one of Icelands top Pop Artists) concert in the main room from 9-11pm. My only complaint was that staff kept music going until 2am, for whatever reason. At least they have earplugs at the front desk? "

"The view from my room could not be better! The staff was very friendly and the location is great. The room was spacious and clean. The bathroom was on the small side but seating area and view made up for it. The standard Icelandic breakfast of yogurt, cold cuts and toast was available. The staff made me a dinner reservation when I arrived."

"You can't beat the location - perfectly situated allowing direct access to walk the cliff tops and view the beauty of the Icelandic coast below and a good point to split the trip if seeing the West end. The room was nice enough and the huge window facing the sea was nice but it would be have been better if the adjoining restaurant shut off their rear exterior lights so you could appreciate the view at night. The restaurant experience wasn't great - found the staff cold and the food bland but options are limited out there. Overall the hotel was a good place and recommended."
