Je tiens à adresser un immense merci à Yousra, Imen et Mahmoud, les housekeepers de notre étage, pour leur professionnalisme, leur gentillesse et leurs petites attentions quotidiennes. Grâce à eux, notre chambre était toujours impeccable et pleine de bonnes ondes. Un grand merci également à la personne de l’accueil (je crois qu’il s’appelait Ali) qui nous a reçus à notre arrivée et s’est occupé de notre check-in avec une grande amabilité et un professionnalisme exemplaire. Un grand bravo à toute l’équipe pour cette ambiance conviviale et authentique, on sent qu’ils aiment leur travail et qu’ils ont à cœur de rendre le séjour des clients inoubliable.
