The house is very clean and spacious. It lived up to our expectations and then exceeded them. The location is perfect and just off the main road enough so you only get the occasional car driving by. No noise from the 101 can be heard. The view of the ocean from the top floor is a very nice added bonus. There even is a handheld telescope to get an up close view of the gorgeous sea. As for Sandy, the property owner, she was very prompt with the few questions we had. I would definitely recommend that anyone thinking about staying in this area should book this beautiful home. We had 8 people in out party plus our 2 dogs and it was still spacious. Plenty of room for the kids to play outside. The kitchen was stocked with cookware and dishes, which was really nice. The only thing i would suggest is to gravel the driveway. The only reason i say that is because we constantly were worried about tracking mud in the house between the kids and dogs.
