The best area to stay in Služovice is the village centre, particularly around the main square.

Služovice is a small, traditional village, and the centre provides the most convenient access to local amenities. You'll find the village church and the local pub, which often serves as a social hub, nearby. The area is characterised by its peaceful, rural setting and traditional Czech architecture.

For couples seeking a quiet retreat, staying in the village centre offers a pleasant experience. You'll be able to enjoy strolls through the village and the surrounding countryside, experiencing the local pace of life. It's an ideal spot for unwinding and enjoying the peaceful environment.

Families travelling with children will also find the village centre suitable. The open spaces and lack of heavy traffic make it a relaxed environment for children to explore.

While Služovice is a small village without a "best time" in the traditional tourist sense, the surrounding Moravian Silesian Region offers distinct experiences depending on the season.

For those looking to enjoy outdoor activities and explore the natural beauty of the region, late spring (May-June) and early autumn (September-October) are ideal. During these months, the weather is pleasantly mild, great for hiking or cycling through the Beskidy Mountains or exploring the Opava Silesia landscape. You'll find the countryside green and lush, or vibrant with autumn colours, making for picturesque drives and walks.

Families might find the summer months (July-August) more suitable, particularly if they plan to visit nearby towns with water parks or spend time by the local lakes. While Služovice itself is quiet, the warmer weather allows for comfortable outdoor excursions and exploration of historical sites in the wider region, such as the castle in Hradec nad Moravicí.
