"Terrible hotel. Don’t stay here. Checkin stated as from 3pm. Room not ready till 5pm even when travelling with two small children. Hotel staff told me that our room could be available from 3pm and it was their choice when it would be available - it took me getting rather frustrated for 10 minutes before they said that they apologised. "Ich habe im Voraus glutenfreies Frühstück für eine Person angemeldet. Dies habe ich beim CheckIn nochmals abgefragt, und es hiess, wenn ich es angemeldet habe, würde es schon klappen. Das Team vom Frühstücksservice wusste dann aber nichts davon, hat sich dann aber doch Mühe gegeben und etwas bereit gemacht. Das hat mich gefreut. Im Frühstückssaal hatte es sehr viele Fliegen, was mich etwas störte. Sonst war der Aufenthalt sehr positiv. "

"My daughter and I stayed here in late April. The staff were all wonderful and friendly. The hotel is beautiful and our room was clean, spacious and welcoming. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was delicious and the restaurant staff were perfect. We did the spa and massage and the facilities were amazing. We are leaving feeling refreshed and ready to continue our travels. "
