Got photo's only to findout I was on the top floor with 3 flights of stairs . *No personal check in ALL done on line. * The area is ( quote by a taxi driver a bit dodgy although I found the people in the area to be very helpful & nice people. "Great hotel in terms of style and amenities. Stayed here with our family. However my young son cut his foot badly in the pool on a sharp metal edge and there was no one who could do first aid or had the right medical kit to help, despite trying to be helpful and sympathetic. No one took details and the manager never contacted us to check he was ok which was disappointing. We returned and asked if the manager was around but were told he was off for the weekend."
