I Welcome you to your stylish and modern 4BR apartment one of the best addresses in Malta. With stunning sea views and a prime location just steps away from the beach, this apartment is the perfect base for your Maltese adventure. Upon entering this fantastic home, you are welcomed by a large living area with sofas and TV and a dining area which could easily accommodate 7 guests. Also included is a indoor reading spot with sofas to just enjoy the view in calamity. WIFI incl Stay connected with complimentary WiFi and revel in the cool comfort of AC throughout your stay. Kitchen| The fully equipped kitchen is a culinary haven, complete with a fridge, oven, and all the essentials to create mouthwatering meals. Whether it\`s a quick snack or a gourmet feast, this kitchen is perfect for both shorter and longer stays. Living area| Relax in the inviting living area, featuring a cozy sofa and a Smart TV connected to the internet, providing access to popular streaming services like Netflix and YouTube. (Max to be paid is 150 Euro) 2\. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbours especially in respect to extra noises. Not abiding to these rule can come to unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such. 3\. During lovely and summer season, although he do sanitise, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately this is part of our climate but we do provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common) 4\. An early checkin, can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning. 5\. Checkins are done or by one of our team or by self checkin where we will send you all the details beforehand. 6\. Waste schedule are given at the checkin and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us. 7\. What is included in the apartment ? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights) \- Shower gels \- Liquid Soap \- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) \- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage \- Garbage bags \- Linens for the bed \- 2 Towels per person 9\.
