"Check in was fine, however, the morning staff didn't know how to refund the damage deposit, saying there wasn't one, however, very clearly showing on my visa app that there is one, still haven't resolved getting it back. I went to breakfast at 6:45 and was supposed to be food until 9. Bacon and sausage was gone. When I asked for more, he did go and get me some on a plate, but the hot food holders were left empty and he said no more food would be brought out. A few muffins or pasties or fruit would have been nice. Also, there was nothing in any of the vending machines - all were empty which is pretty disappointing when you don't have any drinks with you. Beds were very comfortable, however, the tv didn't work and had to have someone come in and change the box to make it workable. Bathrooms were clean and working well. Stopper missing from sink, a bit difficult for shaving."
