"I enjoyed my breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, potatoes and oatmeal. There were a number of other choices I could have made, plus excellent coffee. The staff was very helpful in honoring my request for a room change because the original room would have been facing a street with lots of traffic noise. They also had discount coupons for the Texas Roadhouse restaurant that is within walking distance. My room was perfect -- very spacious and clean. There are several hotels in that general location but I will definitely look to stay there next time."

"We arrived at the property at 11pm. The instructions we received were to check in before midnight. There was no one at the front desk nor answering the telephone number posted in the lobby. We were charged $100 shortly after 8pm. Please refund and cancel the remaining days."

The decor was so beautifully thought out, the beds were so very comfortable and the home was in the perfect location for our needs. The host recommended Harvey's for dinner and it was a hit! " I had an early flight so I was not able to stay for breakfast. The room was clean and welcoming. I was DISAPPOINTED in the shuttle service as it only accommodates 9-5 travel. As I had an early 7 AM flight I had to find alternative travel to Concord Regional airport. I was fortunate that other early morning travelers were kind to offer me a ride. The shuttle service was the reason I chose to stay at this hotel and was NOT HAPPY with the resulting situation."

"The apartment itself was great. Clean and exactly what we needed. No parking pass was provided which was inconvenient. Other tenants have thrown trash off their balcony and it smelled 24/7 of weed."
