"We had a great times. The room was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The only issue we encountered was the room key not working. The issue was fixed the same night by replacing it. "

"Tina attempted to be helpful. She was very friendly but over promised and under delivered. Said there would be a AAA discount applied and it wasn’t. Room was ridiculously expensive for what it was. Stained bedding, clogged shower, stained shower floor, the hotel itself had an odor. Worst stay. Walls are paper thin. Very overpriced for what you get. Beyond disappointed"
