Apparently it is NOT included and I had to pay for overnight parking. Not a huge problem but misleading at best and there is nothing to prepare you for where to park your car to even check in - which is the lot. As for the location - the room was clean and quiet - but the door into the hotel and the lobby have clearly seen better days.
