Hotel is located to easy access all Skipton amenities and surrounding area. Highfield house is very close to centre of Skipton. Parking is relatively easy in the area. Our host was available when I called to ask about parking on drive and as she had finished preparing the rooms allowed us to check in then. From the moment we arrived Debbie made us feel so welcome, the room was spotless, the bed was ready comfy and the room was lovely and warm. In the morning when we went for breakfast Debbie greeted us with a good morning and a smile. Breakfast was well cooked, plentiful and set us up for the day. Thank you Debbie for making our stay so enjoyable. Greeted by our host on arrival and all essential information shared. Room (4) was clean and adequate size. Towels etc changed each day where necessary. Only had breakfast on our last morning and regrets that we didn't try it before. It was lovely. Was lucky enough to get one of the parking spaces so didn't need to touch the car all weekend. Its a very showy walk into the busy end of town. Only criticism would be the weak wifi signal which barely registered on our phones. Think this has to be seen as a standard requirement these days.
