« Correcte et service impeccable »

« The gym was not well maintained. The gym floor was dirty, there weren't any wipes. I complained and someone came in the gym and mopped but they didn't do a good job. Housekeeping doesn't make the beds or clean the rooms during the stay. They just offer you towels, so your garbage can build up. Rooms were nice and pretty clean on arrival. »

« I was not aware that there would be $12 per day charge for parking. Nor was there a disclosure of it being $100 incidentals fee even though it was refunded. My husband wanted to pay cash and was told his card would not be billed it would just be the card on file. His card was billed instead. Did not like how easily none registered guest could enter the facility and get on the floor where paying guests were residing. »

« Only stayed overnight but staff was super friendly, room and property were very clean and we got a much needed, restful night sleep. »
