We had a very friendly reception and the room had everything we needed. However I would take toiletries if I went again. The breakfast was very good.

Stayed at the Northdale with my partner for 4 nights. Had an amazing experience overall, breakfast was lovely and the couple managing the hotel was very friendly and helpful as they provided us with a fan when requested. Full english breakfast and cereals were offered, and they also provide fruits and biscuits and a variety of hot drink options in the room. The room itself was spacious, with a very soft bed and pilows. Very glad we picked this hotel as it was perfect location to the town and beach, so would definitely recommend!

Enjoyable 2 days
My Husband & I enjoyed our 2 night stay at the Northdale....the owners were lovely people who couldn't do enough for you. The B & B was kept clean, & the room was comfortable with plenty of wardrobe space. We only ate breakfasts there & it was great, & plenty of it. Would definitely stay there again.

Spotlessly clean well equipped room in a quiet street only a ten minute stroll to the boating lake and beach. What really made this hotel was the incredibly warm welcome and service throughout. Cannot think of anything more they can do to make this business a success.

Stayed in room 7, was large, clean and tidy. The mattress was incredibly comfortable and I have a back injury?. The breakfast was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to visit again.

Northdale would recommend after 3 nights stay.
Very friendly owners always asking if we wanted anything else, 3 minutes walk to front.Breakfast worth the money could not fault it ,rooms may need slight upgrade just a little dated but not a problem.Room kept clean and tidy fresh fruit and tea coffee and biscuits provided.

We had an amazing stay at the Northdale. The location is nice and quiet, but close to the centre of Skegness and the beach. The room was a nice size and very clean. The owners are very friendly and helpful, without been imposing. We can't wait to return

Superb hotel!
Superb little hotel, run by an attentive and hospitable couple. Extremely clean and comfortable, with a good quality freshly cooked breakfast each morning. We didn't have an evening meal, but from the comments of other guests we gather that they were excellent too. Highly recommended!

Excellent hotel to visit for your holiday
Having traveled extensively in UK and across the continent, this hotel is one of the best I have stayed in. Melanie and Chris are the perfect hosts, friendly and helpful. The hotel is well appointed, very clean and comfortable, close enough to the centre to walk with ease and the food is exceptional. Highly recommend.

Great place to stay in Skegness, excellent value
Great stay, lovely hosts, couldn't do enough for us. Nice size room with seating area. Good sized bathroom. Safe parking behind property. Great breakfast with unlimited tea and toast. Only a short walk from the middle of Skegness and the beach. We can definitely recommend the Northdale and will be returning very soon.

Delightful visit
Stayed here for 3 nights. Despite a ‘hiccup’ on the booking (my fault) Chris and Melanie went out of their way to accommodate us. Our bedroom and bathroom were spacious and spotlessly clean, very comfortable bed. Nice touches ie toiletries, fruit and water, kettle and an excellent selection of beverages and biscuits. Breakfasts were delicious with a wide choice. A quiet location. Chris and Melanie work very hard to make their guests welcome and comfortable and they have certainly succeeded. Would definitely book again and recommend to friends.
