Nuez Villas are two independent spacious houses tucked amidst a piece of land in a lush beautiful garden, descending towards the sea & overlooking the charming bay of Mochlos village. With a minimal yet impactful design that celebrates a creative dialogue between indoor and outdoor living, the properties blend in harmony with the island’s surroundings. Simultaneously evoking rough & smooth aesthetics, the structures were infused with a mix of a warm ivory concrete & traditional stones of the island that together with the geometric lines resulting in an effortless connection with nature. Focusing on the traditional craftsmanship without compromising its dominant contemporary design each villa has been curated with premium materials & cutting-edge amenities.

In a serene meditarranean setting with spectacular views from every angle the wooden pergolas in the outdoor areas, protect from the air and provide shade, allowing the guests to enjoy al fresco dining at the lounge and the dining areas.
