This mini retreat is a perfect place for a peaceful escape from everyday life any time of year. The Private Suite is located on a quiet cul-de-sac with beautiful views of the snowcapped Cascade Mountains. A new favorite activity, Stargazing, reveals the brilliance of BBR's incredible night sky. Photography and painting are at their best when viewing the awe-inspiring natural beauty of this unparalleled mountain backdrop. Wine tasting, enjoying local cuisine and music, as well as annual festivals are favorite activities at BBR and in Sisters. A small deck, well equipped kitchenette, large bathroom, well designed sleeping and sitting area as well as a private locking entrance are available for your use when you stay at Kramer's Korner Private Suite.

Cozy, clean little apartment
We enjoyed our stay in this large bedroom plus bathroom outfitted with everything we needed for simple food preparation like heating soup and making sandwiches. The hosts are careful to give the guests privacy and provide a separate side entrance through the laundry room. There’s also a nice little patio right off the hallway to the room. Black Butte Ranch is very quiet at night. Checkin was a little more complicated than your average VRBO because you have to check in at the Ranch Welcome Center before 6pm before heading to the rental. But once checked in it was simple to get in and out of the Black Butte Ranch gate for the rest of our stay. This is personal preference, but could be helpful for other partnered guests: the king bed is comfortable and plush but it’s the type of mattress that’s a bit bouncy and transfers movements - challenging if you’re light sleepers. Overall a pleasant stay in a pleasant location!

We enjoyed our stay in this spotless, very quiet, high-ceilinged room with comfortable bed, private deck, and large bathroom. Our friendly host greeted us and gave us a thorough orientation. The kitchenette is fine for coffee, tea, toast, and rewarming purchased food; if guests wish to microwave frozen dinners, be aware that the mini-fridge has no freezer.

Family Reunion
We were attending a family reunion at nearby Camp Sherman. We spent most of the days at the family reunion and did not need anything too fancy, a bed, WiFi, privacy! The price and the suite were perfect, along with the location. Thank you Mary Jo.

More than expected!
We had everything we needed and wanted without fussiness. I was so surprised by how well the hosts thought through needs of travelers, including those doing outdoor activities with a wedding to attend thrown in the mix. FANTASTIC place!
We thoroughly enjoyed a brief stay here and cannot say enough about Black Butte Ranch and this place. The views around the ranch are amazing with snow capped peaks, and there are so many things to do here you will be busy with whatever you favorite activities are! We used the outdoor hot tub, pool, golfed at Glaze Meadow course and enjoyed an amazing meal at Lodge. Wish we had a whole week to take advantage of the bike and hike trails, pickle ball courts and horseback riding. Will definitely come back. The owner greeted us at the house and our suite was just right with everything you need. It's a special place and we will be back!

Hidden Gem 💎
If are looking for a quiet and relaxing get-away that won’t break the bank, then this is the place for you! First off, the owners couldn’t have been more welcoming or gracious. They were very respectful in making sure we had complete privacy, but made it known if we needed anything to be sure to let them know. The room was spotless and the bed was extremely comfortable. I loved the light and the view from large windows, and skylight in the spacious bathroom. We enjoyed coffee on the deck while watching Alvin, Simon, and Theodore gather their winter storage from the sees dropped from the many nicely hung bird feeders. We rode bikes everywhere and from this location it’s only about 10 minutes to the main lodge and to Glaze Meadow Pool. I could go on…we would definitely come to stay again!

Perfect for a couple!
My partner and I came down to Black Butte for a wedding and this was the perfect place. The hosts were so welcoming and preferred to welcome us in person rather than the automated check in, which we appreciated. The room was spotless and the bed was incredibly comfy. The house is a 5 minute drive to the main lodge, which made it so easy and convenient. Would absolutely stay here again!
