When you stay at this Tollgate home you get all of the community amenities with it: community pool, pickle-ball/tennis courts, walking trails, basketball courts, etc. Bring the whole family as we comfortably sleep 6 people and enjoy the brand new hot tub! This is an incredibly well-done high-end modern home that is virtually brand new...the perfect spot for your peaceful CO getaway! We are also dog friendly, but please be sure to check the box saying that you are bringing a dog, and pay the $100/trip dog fee. You can't beat this modern and recently updated Tollgate home for your peaceful family getaway to Sisters, OR. This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a large open great room, fully stocked luxury kitchen, dining area, and laundry room. There is also a large deck with a hot tub, abundant outdoor seating, and a BBQ. The home sits on a large lot (more than half an acre) and is located in the quiet Tollgate community. When you stay at this Tollgate home you get all of the community amenities with it: community pool, pickle-ball/tennis courts, walking trails, basketball courts, etc. Guests can use the community pool between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day Weekend when it closes for the year (weather dependent). Nearly everything in this home is brand new! As it says in the title, we are dog friendly, but please be sure to check the box saying that you are bringing a dog and pay the $100/trip dog fee! There is a $300 fee for each unregistered pet. ALL DOGS MUST BE LEASHED AT ALL TIMES WHILE OUTSIDE THE HOME. If any accidents happen due to your dog being off-leash, the guests responsible will be liable. There is 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed, 2 twin beds, and 1 queen size pullout bed. The fireplace pictured is not functional so please don't use it! NOTE: if you are part of a large group of people booking multiple homes in the area please see my other listing that is just 3 doors down from this one and sleeps 10! Just click on my profile, then click on Joseph's other listings...It is titled "Hot tub + ADU Modern Home, Huge Yard, Dog Friendly" Please note that we only allow a maximum of 2 dogs. Also, please note that in Central Oregon in the Winter we often have snowy road conditions. To make things simple, we stick to our stated cancellation policy. Please keep this in mind when booking in the Winter months. We also have a similar policy for smoke in the Summer. There’s a chance due to wildfires that there are smokey air conditions during your stay. If evacuations were to take place (extremely rare around here!) then a refund would be given, but other than that we will stick to the stated cancellation policy. Thank you for your understanding! Guests will not have access to the garage as the owner keeps personal property/vehicles in the garage. “Such a lovely home! The location is perfect, tucked just outside downtown Sisters and is perfectly peaceful and serene. The home is spacious, comfortable, and extremely well stocked. There is nothing that was lacking whatsoever, bring your own groceries and everything else is already provided. This is by far one of the CLEANEST places we’ve ever stayed! This house was just as pictured and probably the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. Great location and communication with the manager was easy. My only qualm was the master bed is super firm. Cleaning at this house was better than any we’ve been to! Decorating and remodeling looked great. Bedding was good quality (as was most everything else)…and comfy except beds are quite firm! Too warm for the big comforter and sheet not enough. Would recommend having a blanket somewhere for guests. Hot tub was delightful, birds and squirrels plus deer while out back was fun! This place was a great place to relax and hang out together. Well stocked pantry and even some condiments in refrigerator. I loved the gas stove! Might be updating my own with one like it! Dog area of grass was nice with a tether as well. Will have this one on our list for our next visit! ##### Nancy W.
