"Mükemmel bir deneyimdi. Çalışanlar çok güler yüzlü ce ilgiliydi. Çok misafirperverler ve yardımseverler. Otelde çok temiz ve güzel bir lokasyonda. Otelin girişindeki cafede mükemmel kahveler yapıyorlar. Ortam ve ambiyans şahane. Bundan sonraki İstanbul seyahatlerimde kalacağım yer belli! Şiddetle tavsiye ederim :)"

"Most of the staff’s hospitality, especially at the front desk and in the breakfast hall (restaurant), did not match the hotel's elegance and standards. A simple smile would have made a big difference. That said, the lady, Hengame, and the SPA staff were easily approachable and provided excellent service."

"Clean room and good breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helped a lot. The location is in Sisli which is a good part of Istanbul. It takes about 15 minutes to walk to the metro and also the center part of Sisli which you can find a lot of stores and restaurants. From the metro to Istanbul center took about 10-15 minutes which was surprisingly good. The only bad thing was that when we entered the room there where only beds for 3 people and we booked for 4 people. The staff was very helpful and fixed an okay bed that night and after that night fixed a new mattress so the experience got better. In general, a good hotel. "
