The apartment is in the well maintained complex and it has direct access to the lake. That made me a little relaxed when I prepared to go to the lake, because I could just come back to grep the stuff if I missed something. The communication with the landlord from check-in to check-out was very nice. He was quite proactive to the questions and concerns. The air conditioning worked quite well. The balcony is spacious, but the bathroom is a little small, though the water pressure was high enough and there was no problem with using hot water. It was disappointed that I was not able to use the swimming pool, because it looked good. Overall, it is nice place to stay if you want to stay nearby the lake.

The apartment is a small nice air-conditioned accommodation with all necessary equipment with a direct view on the lake. Communication to the owner was very good, he supplied us with all information. Parking area is close to the apartment, 2 minutes walk. We was staying by 5 people in the apartment but it is more appropriate for 4. Sofa is not suitable for sleeping. You have a direct view to the see and the beach is 5 minutes far away from the apartment. On the beach is a bar with appropriate prices. You need 15 minutes to reach the small and nice city. Super Gegend! Die Dusche ist den Begriff nicht wert! Der Schlauch reicht 50cm von der Decke! W-LAN und der Fernseher funktionieren nicht! In der KĂŒche fehlt der Backofen. Die Wohnung ist max. fĂŒr 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind geeignet . Wer Einscheibenverglasung und keine Isolierung mag, der muß die Wohnung fĂŒr einen Urlaub buchen. Wir haben keine JH gebucht, sondern fĂŒr 9 NĂ€chte ca. €1900,- bezahlt!

Die Wohnung hat eine super Lage und ist sehr hundefreundlich. In nur wenigen Metern war man am See und konnte dort auch direkt Schwimmen gehen. Hunde waren ĂŒberall willkommen. Die Wohnung war in Ordnung. Allerdings ist die Wohnung mit Kindern nicht zu empfehlen. Das Badezimmer ist sehr klein. In der Dusche hing der Duschschlauch aus der Decke und war ca. nur ein Meter lang. Dadurch war es nicht möglich vernĂŒnftig zu duschen ohne das ganze Badezimmer unter Wasser zu setzen. FĂŒr ein PĂ€rchen mit Hunden kann die Wohnung empfohlen werden, mit Kinder schwierig.

Die Wohnung unter uns wurde komplett saniert und wir haben unser Geld trotzdem nicht wieder erstattet bekommen. Wir mussten die Nacht die Reinigung und die volle Provision an Fewo Direkt und an den Vermieter bezahlen.

L’appartement a Ă©tĂ© joliment rĂ©novĂ© et bĂ©nĂ©ficie d’un superbe emplacement dans une rĂ©sidence trĂšs calme Ă  cent mĂštres des bords du lac .Sirmione centre est Ă  quelques minutes en voiture ( pas de bouchons Ă  cette pĂ©riode de l’annĂ©e). Promenade trĂšs agrĂ©able le matin avec notre chien pour observer les canards . Seul bĂ©mol , la taille de la sdb vraiment minuscule et peu pratique ( cela se devine sur les photos c’est vrai ) . Et de saison : les moustiques qui nous ont empĂȘchĂ© de profiter de la terrasse .

Moderne, gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit großem Balkon und See-Blick. GrĂŒnes, ruhiges Umfeld und kurzer Zugang zum See. Ideal fĂŒr einen Aufenthalt mit Hund, da sich direkt angrenzend ein DogPark, eine große Wiese und die See-Promenade ohne Alleinpflicht befinden. Angenehmer Kontakt zum Vermieter.

We had a very nice stay at Diego’s Apartment. The apartment is very nice I was there with my family (3 person and a dog) the size of the apartment was OK for us, from the reviews we already know that the bathroom is small, but that was not a problem for us. The location of this apartment and the view to the lake is absolute great. We enjoyed, sitting on the terrace in the morning and late evening, during the day it was too hot for me  . We did not miss the possibility to use the pool, because swimming in the lake was awesome. Diego is a great host. He answered our questions, we had in front up, immediately. In addition, he was always reachable via telephone. The neighbors were very friendly to us. The only point that was not so great, is the WLAN, it was very slow. In summary, I have to say, we really enjoy the stay in Diego’s apartment. Thank you and take care Chris

Die Lage ist grandios - eigener Seezugang direkt am Objekt, nĂ€chste Busstation 900 Meter, Supermarkt 1200 Meter, sehr schöne Beachbar mit leckerem Essen 400 Meter entfernt. Die Wohnung wie beschrieben, die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter sehr gut. Leider wurden die PoolzugĂ€nge mitten im Juli neu vergeben, zu dieser Wohnung ist keine Poolnutzung vereinbart. Keine Poolnutzung ohne Zugangskarte möglich. Wichtiger Hinweis: Die Wohnanlage gehört zum Großteil italienischen Rentnern, die wenig von Touristen halten.Wir fĂŒhlten uns nicht willkommen.

Schöne Wohnung, aber unpraktisch eingerichtet. Leider kein deutsches Fernsehen, die Wohnung konnte teilweise nicht abgesperrt werden. Sie ist nicht geeignet fĂŒr 4 Personen, da das Bad zu winzig ist, ebenso die KĂŒche.

Die gepflegte Anlage mit wundervollen Zypressen, gepflegtem Rasen, sehr sauberem Pool und direktem Seezugang ist super. Das Appartment liegt sehr schön ganz am Rand der Anlage. Der Blick Richtung See ist genau wie auf den Fotos angezeigt
 sehr schön! Der Balkon ist gerĂ€umig und gut. Die Betten waren echt gut (auch die BettwĂ€sche sauber und weich). Das Badezimmer ist ok (super Wasser auch der Wasserdruck). Lediglich das Dusch-Set up war nicht so gut (Mobile Duschwand und AufhĂ€ngung der Brause passen nicht so richtig).

Waren zu dritt 4 Tage in der Anlage, die wirklich sehr schön am See gelegen ist. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter per Whatsapp war problemlos, auch der Check-in. Es gibt eine nette kleine Strandbar in der NĂ€he und im Umkreis von 1 km sehr viele gute italienische Restaurants und auch den Italmarkt = Supermarkt und einen CC Maxigross Markt = wie Metro. Die Wohnung ist zwar nicht sehr groß, aber sauber und eine große Terrasse, die natĂŒrlich der Hauptaufenthaltsort bei schönem Wetter ist. Ein großer Pool in der Anlage ist auch super schön und sauber und fast keine Leute drin. Alles in allem wunderschöne ruhige und entspannte 4 Tage. Leider hat die Website von FeWo-Direkt öft nicht funktioniert - das fand ich das einzige Mako

Das Objekt hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool ist super. Nervig sind die vielen SchlĂŒssel. Auch wĂ€re ein 2. Paar davon nötig gewesen damit man auch mal getrennt was unternehmen kann. Anlage ruhig und sehr gepflegt. Diego war sehr hilfsbereit und bei Fragen oder Problemen sofort mit Lösungen parat. Auch Rahal war Ă€ußerst hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Das Bad war etwas winzig. Duschen eine kleine `Herausforderung`. Aber Alles in Allem hat es uns prima gefallen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist super gelegen. SrandnĂ€he und Pool sind entscheidend. Großer Balkon und Aussicht sind sehr schön. Genervt hat uns der bellende Hund der Nachbarwohnung und gelegentlich Ameisenstraßen auf dem Balkon.

Wir hatten von Anfang an einen guten und stĂ€ndigen Kontakt zum Vermieter, Fragen u Probleme wurden sofort geklĂ€rt👍 Die Anlage ist schön, wie beschrieben direkt am See. Ausreichend Liegen, Schirme u SchattenplĂ€tze. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, Klima funktioniert sehr gut, nur die Dusche ist etwas Übungssache -man setzt das Bad leicht unter Wasser.... Sehr grosser Balkon mit Seeblick mit 2 Markisen (guter Schatten!) . Schlafzimmer und Kinderzimmer sind auch mit Aussenjalousien, was die Wohnung auch kĂŒhl hĂ€lt. Liebe italienische Nachbarn (wohnen dort?), alles recht ruhig. Ausreichend ParkplĂ€tze zu jeder Tageszeit. Der Zugang zur Wohnung geht ĂŒber eine Wendeltreppe in den 1.Stock. Alles gut und genug Platz. Lediglich wer beim Gehen eingeschrĂ€nkt ist, hĂ€tte hier etwas Probleme. Diego, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt! Danke
