Our Stay Was Amazing The Friendliness of The Guy At The Check-in Was Awesome. The Room Was Bigger Than Expected, The Bed Was Soooooo Comfortable. The Working Hot Tub Was Amazing This Is The First Hotel In The Last 6 Months That We Have Been To That Had A Working Hot Tub

A best western like no other. This Best Western in the small community of Siren, WI was a bit of a haven for my family and I following an accident in this corner of Wisconsin. Finding ourselves stranded without our vehicle, we chose this hotel as our launching point for our return trip home and not only was it a great, clean and charming hotel, with its cabin like feel, but most importantly to us, the staff was above and beyond helpful getting us sorted out and on our way home, going so far as to offer to drive us to a not so nearby town in Minnesota where we could catch transportation to Minneapolis airport to fly back home. They made the world of a difference for my sons and I starting mere minutes after our accident and if you ever find yourself in this corner of Wisconsin, be sure to look this place up and stay a night or more at their wonderful establishment. For those with kids, pool was great as well and is open all day. Thanks again guys, we will forever be grateful!

I made hotel reservations I indicated I had two dogs I would be bringing. When I arrived to check in at the hotel, I inquired about the pet fee and I was told I did not have a pet approved room and there were no pet approved rooms. I tried to have my dogs stay out in our truck overnight but the temperature in Siren got into the 30s and it would be unsafe for them. I did bring them in to sleep but returned them to the truck upon awakening and the remainder of the day. When we checked out the attendant asked if I had a dog in the room I said yes that I had requested a pet room but there were none. I was charged an extra $250!!! to bring my dog in so he didn't freeze outside. I wasn't trying to sneak the dog in. I requested a room to allow dogs when I made the reservation but there were none upon my arrival. I think that is terrible! Our room was left clean and our dogs are 11& 14 years old. They don't pee on anything and are clean well behaved dogs. If I would have had the room that allowed dogs as requested I would not have incurred that fee.

Dear Kathleen,As much as we love dogs, we have policies at our hotel for the safety and comfort of all our guests. We have a limited number of rooms for our furry dog friends, and require a signed agreement & a deposit as well as a nightly fee. Your reservation was made through Expedia and I know you indicated you had dogs, however, this information was not on your reservation that we received. To clarify, you were not charged an extra 250. The 250 charge was agreed upon when you signed the registration as it outlines our policy for pets who are not registered, etc. We did not charge for the nightly fee for the dogs. We would love to have you stay with us again along with your dogs so please contact us to ensure we have a pet friendly room for you upon arrival. Sincerely,

This hotel is centrally located, near all the major roads. It’s very well manicured and clearly well taken care of. The staff is the best part; Jenny, the manager went above and beyond!
