It was a wonderful treat to stay in this clean and comfortable updated space in an historic home near downtown Sioux Falls. It’s within walking distance to a nearby church, the historical home district, restaurants and even the Falls and the riverwalk. Nice touch was a coffee pot and fresh coffee to drink, plus a couple of water bottles on the bed. I liked the touch of the hand crocheted afghan on the bed. We would definitely recommend this rental property!

This suite was in the lower level of a house near the historic district of Sioux Falls and very close to downtown. The bed was comfortable and the kitchenette had a table, 2 stools, sink, a frig, microwave, coffee maker & coffee, as well as a few glasses, paper plates, and utensils. Also a love seat, a little bar with two stools and a TV with Netflix. The bathroom supplied shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Lots of street parking in front of the house. I'd stay there again :)
