The Ritz property was also nice and the employees were friendly and helpful. I would give the condo and property a 5 star rating. The reason for my lower rating is because the water was turned off to the condo when we checked in. We were not able to use the bathrooms and had to call the Ritz concierge and request help. Not being able to shower or use the bathrooms after a long day of travel was very frustrating. The management company should have taken responsibility for handling the repairs. The repairs should have been completed before our arrival and should not have negatively impacted our vacation. The appropriate repairs were finished the following morning, but the situation negatively impacted our first full day and the following morning. ##### Elizabeth P. The balcony is huge and it was perfect for our morning coffee and evening cocktails while we enjoyed the view of the ocean. The apartment is comfortable with premium bedding and a well appointed kitchen. The resort had all the amenities to make our stay pleasant especially the movie theater and pool. The staff were top notch, always friendly and helpful. Everything we could have asked for and more. The employees went above and beyond answering questions and helping us get acquainted with the property. Only drawback was one pool was closed and under construction. Not a big issue as there were not a lot of people there during our stay. Highly recommend! It was nice being able to see both the sunrise and the sunset from the balconies. The primary suite was spacious and had great views. The condo had all we needed and the host was very accommodating.
