    DISCLAIMER: Starting on Monday, April 21st, the upper pool will be closed for renovation. The renovation is expected to take approximately 12 months to complete. However, the lower pool and beach area will remain open and available for your enjoyment, from sunrise to sunset. Please note that chairs, umbrellas, and towels will be provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

    Luxurious living at its finest! Enjoy this spectacular residence from the huge balcony opening off the living room and both three bedrooms with great views of the Atlantic ocean and the Inter coastal at sunset from this new-ultra-luxury Ritz Carlton Residence. The expansive views from this three bedroom unit encompass the inlet, West Palm beach and the Inter coastal. This spacious condo has a gourmet kitchen, living room, dining area, laundry room and a large master suite with Marble floors throughout, Custom Kitchen Cabinets, Granite Counter tops and Miele appliances.

    The Ritz Carlton Residences is a new development with award winning accolades and amazing amenities. The development includes two pools, one on/or actually in the beach (see pictures), regular deck pool, on-site restaurant, two private movie theaters, two social rooms with pool tables, two fitness rooms, private cabanas, concierge service and private entrance. There are private cabanas and covered lounge chairs available around the pool. There are so many palm trees that you feel like you are in the Caribbean except you can go shopping in West Palm Beach!

    Singer Island is located just minutes from famous Palm Beach Island, PBI Airport, Gardens Mall, Downtown at the Gardens, Cityplace in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Zoo, Planetarium, Shopping, Restaurants, Golf Courses. Everything you want for rest and relaxation is right here with minimal driving...10 minutes to everything!

    Other things to note:

    We allow service animals, however you must provide the Ritz a certificate.

    Only the exit cleaning is included in the price of your booking. If you would like additional cleanings during your stay, there is an additional $345 charge per cleaning. The cleaners change all the linens on each cleaning visit. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance to schedule additional cleanings.

Condo with amazing views! Clean, spacious, and beautiful! We didn’t lack for any amenities. Staff was so fabulous and friendly…from the security gate to the beach! Parking is included and secure. Great location, pool, and beach! Lobby has some good and healthy treats in the mornings, too. Top of the line experience!

The property itself was wonderful! I wish we had been told ahead of time that one of the two pools was closed and heavy construction was taking place next to the grill on site. I also wish I had known that this would require a walk through a basement parking garage to get to the operating pool. These things detracted from the overall relaxation of our trip. We also reached out with questions before and dur duri Our trip that we’re not responded to.

Such a nice property! Who doesn't like a Ritz?!?! The lower penthouse condo is beautiful and spacious. The view from every window is amazing...and there are a lot of windows. The kitchen is well stocked and along with the grills that are available to use, making meals is a breeze. My daughters loved the mattresses on both twin beds. They thought they were heaven to sleep on. Primary suite is very spacious and comfortable. It has a fabulous walk in closet! These were some of the best bedroom furnishings in a rental property that I have used. Plenty of drawer space for everyone.Would definately stay at this property again!
