Marriott’s Ocean Pointe will be undergoing a building and interior villa renovation from Sep. 1, 2024, to Dec. 31, 2024. Work will occur daily during daytime hours, so please anticipate contractors and construction noise during your upcoming stay. All resort amenities are expected to remain open and fully operational for your enjoyment.

This spacious 2 bedroom villa welcomes you with a fully equipped kitchen (Full refrigerator, microwave, stove, oven, coffee maker, dishes and utensils), a spacious master featuring a king bed and second bedroom with either a king bed or two twin beds (based on availability, assigned at time of booking, please inquire or request before booking), a relaxing living room with a sleeper sofa, and a furnished balcony. Additional features include an in-unit washer/dryer, in room safe, hairdryer and iron with ironing board.

Note - Unit second bedroom may have 1 king bed or 2 twin beds. Requests are taken at the time of booking for preference, based upon availability.

Resort assigns the unit number at check-in. Pictures of units are representative and decor may vary.

Cashless Resort - The only acceptable form of payment is credit/debit card.

An ID and credit card are required at check-in for a refundable security deposit.
