The staff is very friendly. There is a bar just next to the lobby but the customer do the affect the residents at all. No clearing service within my 3 days of stay. The front desk allows you to keep the bags in the lobby (public area, no locking up). It seems not very secure. While the hotel imposed stickly no smoking in the room but smoking in the bar with the door is always open make the whole lobby and elivator have a very strong smell of cigarite which is not good for the health!
