I went to ask for clean sheets, a blanket and extra pillow for him. They were only able to give us a new blanket. The hotel was full but it seems like clean sheets should be the minimum. We booked for 2 nights but ended up checking out a day early because the smell was bothering my husband's asthma. We ended up booking a room at another hotel for the 2nd night and just took a loss on the money. "

"My first room was on the first floor and was so noisy. I could hear delivery trucks every morning starting at 4:00am. The lock to my door was broken and the toilet lid was also broken. After two nights, I asked to be moved and thankfully they moved me to the third floor. It was much quieter. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable."
