Apartment B226 at The Hills Residence, Simpson Bay

Located on the second floor of Building 2, B226 is a 58 m² one-bedroom apartment at The Hills Residence in Simpson Bay, Sint Maarten. The apartment welcomes up to three guests and looks out over Simpson Bay lagoon.

It is furnished and equipped for holiday stays, short or long. You will find what you need for daily life on the island, from a working kitchen to linen and towels.

Layout and bedrooms

The bedroom is separate from the living area and has a king-size bed, a closet with hangers and curtains to keep out the morning light. There is also a TV in the bedroom.

The living room has a sofa, a flat-screen TV and a dining table where everyone can sit down for meals. The sofa opens into a bed, which allows one more guest to sleep in the living room. The apartment has one bathroom with a shower, plus a separate toilet.

Outdoor space

A balcony with outdoor furniture is accessible from the living room. It faces the lagoon and is the natural place for a morning coffee.

Kitchen and equipment

In the kitchen you have a hob with extractor hood, an oven, a microwave, a refrigerator and a dishwasher, as well as an espresso machine, a kettle, a toaster and a blender. Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and glasses, including wine and champagne glasses, are all there.

The apartment is air-conditioned and connected to high-speed Wi-Fi. A washer-dryer, an iron and ironing board and a cleaning kit are available. Bed linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided, together with a hair dryer and bathroom essentials.

Travelling with a baby? A baby cot and a high chair can be provided. Access to the apartment is through an electronic lock, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed.

The Hills Residence

Guests have access to the rooftop of the residence, with a swimming pool overlooking the lagoon. The buildings have an elevator and private parking, and the common areas are covered by outdoor cameras. The pool is open every day from 8 am to 8 pm, with sun loungers around it.

Location in Simpson Bay

The Hills Residence is in Simpson Bay, a lively area of the Dutch side known for its restaurants, bars, shops and marinas. Simpson Bay beach and Maho beach are a few minutes away by car, as is Princess Juliana International Airport.

As The Hills Residence is on a hill, renting a car makes daily life easier. It is also the best way to visit the island, from Philipsburg to Marigot and the beaches on the French side.

Practical information

Check-in is from 4 pm and check-out is until 11 am. B226 is well suited to couples, friends or a small family, with a maximum of three guests. The team of The Hills Residence is available on site if you need anything during your stay.

For longer stays, an intermediate housekeeping service can be booked during your stay, and extra towels are available on request. With the full kitchen and the washer-dryer, you can easily live here as you would at home.
