Truely excellent hotel

Such a warm welcome, great hotel in an amazing location. The room was a little small for our tastes, but nothing that would diminish the enjoyment of our stay. The full breakfast was lovely touch and I can’t overstate how accommodating the staff were. They really made the stay a luxury.

Friendly and kind staff (owners), well-equipped room, which was the size of a Lisbon apartment, with 2 balconies and a kitchenette / dining / livingroom. Just 2 blocks from the beach. Extraordinary good value

Can't beat a flat 5mins away from a great beach

Great flat, everything in full working order, no oven or washing machine in the flat so if that's important probably avoid, also the area is not amazing, a bit dodgy looking - the restaurants we wanted to go to were closed between 2 and 6pm. The beach is great though which is the reason we decided to stay here.

Very friendly staff, great garage, close to beach, boardwalk and many restaurants. Exterior of building looks great and like it was recently updated but room was very very dated. Toilet made VERY load noise when tank refilled, shower head holder was broken. No air conditioning in bedroom. Street hotel is on is VERY dirty in comparison to all other streets.

Not a 3 Star Apartment

Staff was very friendly and always trying to offer the best customer experience, but the downside is the apartment itself. The apartment decoration looks like a time travel to 80s/90s. I strongly believe it had a 3 Star rating back then. As a recommendation for the Appartment owners: You invest a bit in renovating the apartments, especially the bathroom and the cooking place.

En general está muy bien, mucha limpieza ,pero las camas son un poco incómodas, te levantas con dolor de espalda. El baño de la planta 1 estaba con la cisterna rota y se salía el agua.

Localização top em Armação de Pêra

Trata-se de um hotel antigo, mas bastante espaçoso e com localização excelente. Perto de ótimos restaurantes, das praias, dispõe de garagem coberta (reservar antes em alta temporada!). O apartamento em que ficamos tinha vista parcial para o mar através da varanda. O sofá-cama merecia um novo colchão, mas nada que atrapalhasse o sono. Os funcionários são muito gentis e tudo correu muito bem.
