Pet Friendly 395 Black Hawk Circle is a big, beautiful home with a private hot tub and a very cozy vibe. Located in Silverthorne, yet nestled in the aspens with a big deck and gas grill. Full of light with forest views. Home has 5 bedrooms and 4 baths and sleeps 12! Perfect for those groups or extended families wanting to get away from it all for a few days. Near trails and a very easy drive to all activities and resorts. The home has an open floor plan and features two very spacious living areas with a shared gas fireplace and flatscreens. Cooks will appreciate a roomy fully equipped kitchen with two regular coffee makers. Extra fridge in the garage. Yard off deck to play in. Over 3,400 sq. ft. of living space. The main living area has soaring ceilings and lots of comfortable seating. The big dining table seats 8, the kitchen breakfast nook seats 4 and there are 2 kitchen bar seats. The dining area is surrounded by windows -- a great place to gather in the morning and evening. Full size washer and dryer in the laundry room for convenience. High chair, bouncy seat and crib in home. Free WiFi. In the winter it's 20 minutes to Keystone Resort, 25 minutes to Arapahoe Basin, Copper Mountain or Loveland, 30 minutes to Breckenridge and 40 minutes to Vail. Nearby there is free ice skating at North Pond Park, free tubing/sledding hills at Rainbow or Maryland Creek parks and it's just minutes to the Silverthorne Factory Outlets. It is at least a 5-15 minute drive to all activities, restaurants, nightlife, coffee, ski/board rental and shops. It is a quiet neighborhood with nearby forest trails. In the summer the Raven 18 hole golf course and full service pro shop are just 5 minutes away. It's only 10 minutes to the Silverthorne Pavilion for weddings or the Silverthorne Performing Arts Center for theater, improv comedy, jazz and kids programs. Cyclists can ride out Golden Eagle road and get on the bike path near North Pond Park to connect to the 55 miles of Summit County Rec Path. The Blue River for fly fishing is near to North Pond Park. Fishing lessons are available at Cutthroat Anglers next to the Silverthorne Pavilion and the Blue River Trail. It's about a 15 minute drive to the Dillon Amphitheater for concerts June through September and the Dillon Marina has boat, sailboat, kayak and SUP rentals. This house was perfect for our family. There was plently of space for our family. The family room was comfortable for movie football, the extra TV room was great for those who didn’t want to watch football. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything we needed to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. There was more than enough seating for all of us to eat at the same time. The beds were comfortable and the place was well heated. Added bonus is this home being pet friendly, our 2 dogs loved it here just as much as we did. We had a family of 10 and there was easily room for more. The kitchen was stocked with plenty of dishes and pots and pans, we never felt anything was lacking. Plenty of towels in each bathroom. Garage available for 2 vehicles and the driveway held 2-3 more. The hot tub was great! Especially enjoyed it when the snow started falling. Was a beautiful experience! Summit Resort Group was great to work with and was super fast at responding to questions.
