This pet-friendly, 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom duplex sleeps 10 with one king bed, two queen beds, and two twin-over twin bunk beds. It features two living areas with radiant natural light and plenty of gathering space. The spacious deck overlooks the fenced-in backyard, while offering views of Mt. Buffalo, Red Mountain and The 10-Mile Range. Located just steps from a private pond and offering easy access to the Blue River, this private duplex is the perfect location for a mountain getaway with family, friends, and your pup! The sunny main level features an open floor plan with a fully-stocked, updated kitchen, living area with flat-screen Smart TV, and a dining space that seats 6 (a leaf is provided, for the option of seating 8). Three additional guests can sit at the breakfast bar. Take in the views from the leather sofa or relax with a book while you watch the snow fall. Guests can easily access the private deck and backyard behind the dining area. The deck overlooks the backyard and offers outdoor seating. Just around the corner from the main level living area are two bedrooms and a guest bathroom. The first bedroom features a queen bed and a desk, while the second bedroom has a king bed and a flat-screen Smart TV. High-Speed internet is provided for quality streaming and optimal working abilities. The main level bathroom features a bath/shower combo, updated sink, and vanity lighting. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. On the lower level you will find an additional living area, two more bedrooms, a full laundry room, and an additional bathroom. The cozy living area has enough floor space for morning yoga (plus a yoga mat to use), a large bean bag chair, a sectional couch and a large flatscreen TV. The bunk room features two sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds while the additional bedroom features a queen bed. This is the perfect room for the kiddos and offers children's books and toys as well as a bassinet for up to 6 months old and a pack-n-play. The shared bathroom on the lower level is wonderfully updated with a walk-in shower. Guests have access to the private pond behind this home, which provides a tranquil setting, post-card picturesque views, and additional space for a dog to play. Guests also have access to paved walking trails along the Blue River. \*Pet Policy: Only 1 dog allowed. \*Please note: This home has a minimum age and minimum night requirement. My kids hate sharing a bed so separate bunks was perfect! Loved the large table for playing games as a family. Having a fenced yard was so nice for the dog so we didn’t have to take him out on a leash every time. The kitchen had everything we needed. Loved the individual lights next to the bed. Appreciated the floor fans as well. The entryway mud room was just perfect for our wet boots. Very clean and cozy. There is absolutely no privacy, the only place there was curtains up stairs was the back window thats facing the yard, there is a window in the living room facing the neighbors house and one in the kitchen with no blinds or curtains and none of the bedrooms had curtains. We caught the neighbor more than once intensely watching us, the first time she was hiding behind her car and I noticed her and acknowledged her and she started taking pictures of us and then ran into her house. The next time she was just standing in her door at watching us and again we acknowledged her and she continued to watch us, and while we were packing to leave she was watching us. These were the times we actually caught her watching us but the window in the living room directly faces the house so I'm sure she was watching us more than that. Easy to get to trailheads. It's a duplex, and the only issue we had was the neighbor working on a home project making noises into late hours. Was disappointed to find that the weeds were knee high in the back yard. Had to keep dog out of them. No blinds on the main area windows so if sunny the house gets quite warm. Bathroom toilets are very low to the ground. Stairs to downstairs are quite steep but gate was provided. Downstairs was definitely updated and way more comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked and beds were comfortable. Main area couch was very old and not comfortable. And do check, as the whole time we were there, the neighbors (attached wall) were doing a remodel and worked late and one night into the night (2:45a.m.) ##### Dale W. The lower living space allowed kids to have space to hang out while adults relax in the upstairs living space. Access to pond and walking trail too! The online guidebook for check in was down but the property manager was easy to reach and helpful. Would suggest a dustpan for quick clean ups, and possibly a more comfy couch in the upstairs living area. Overall- great space and would stay again! Thank you! ##### Lance C. Three main bedrooms, plus four bunk beds in one additional room. Good location for easy access to all local ski areas. Only issue is the lighting in most bedrooms and the main room is poor and needs upgrade.
