Lacking or inaccurate description: levels of house, hot tub location. It says 4 bedrooms and it is. One bedroom is a pull out couch. It does say the couch in the description but we missed that and went with the pictures showing 4 beds. The view of the fall colors from the top floor balcony was spectacular. The living area was comfortable with plenty of seating with beautiful views from every location. The fireplace was nice in the morning when temperatures were cool. The kitchen was very functional though it is always challenging to cook in someone else’s kitchen. The most important thing for renters to know is that the three bedrooms are in the basement and the main living area is the top floor. The middle level is the same level as the garage and has the owner suite and balcony which are not included in the rental. Adjusting to altitude along with two flights of stairs between the bedrooms and main living area was challenging in the first part of the week. But after lots for nearby hiking, we eventually adapted. Yes, we would stay here again. The management company was very responsive and the view was worth the hike from the basement to the top floor multiple times a day. ##### Karen S.
