"Husband thought the bed too soft, but I found it just right! I was impressed from the very start with the friendliness of ALL the people working at the front desk and even the young man who was cleaning the carpets. The room was clean and pretty. My only fault would be that there was only one elevator and it was slow. Cookies were nice at check-in😁"
