« This was our 2nd time staying in this property. The host went above and beyond to accommodate us, as we were in town for a funeral. The property has everything you need and if you happened to forget anything… it’s there. Very clean, comfortable beds, close to restaurants and shopping. I’m certain we will return when in the area again! »

« This place was perfect for what my family needed. Only a mile away from UAB, full kitchen and plenty of sleeping space. The host was very quick to respond and answer any questions I have. If you are needing a close stay to the hospital or even the airport (we drove over to Alpha Charlie to eat 3 times during our stay) then avoid the high cost of staying other places and enjoy the affordability of having quiet, comfort, and privacy. It was so very clean and cozy! The beds were comfy too. So...

« Pros: safe, clean, charming, washer/dryer, parking, filtered water pitcher, plenty of towels, hangers in closet Cons: only three forks and no spoons in kitchen (lots of washing by hand to have enough), challenging to watch television (limited to the apps they have installed, different apps on each tv, not allowed to add apps, no apps accessible on primary bedroom tv, no basic cable, spent a lot of time problem solving to watch tv), concerns were brought to management’s attention but not resolved...

« Clean and tidy, We enjoyed our stay. Already shared feedback on a few improvements that can be made. Could be warmer, wall decor & kitchen could be better stocked with more than 2 coffee mugs, 1 pot, 1 pan (especially trying to do Thanksgiving cooking, & needs POT Holders/Oven Mits. Also could use more towels…No one wants to do LAUNDRY on a vacation. Otherwise great!! »
