The cleaning in general was poor in general. Not to mention that the "amenities" listed weren't available and the fridge/microwave they put in the room were gross and barely worked. He told me I could get it in the morning when I checked out but thete was no one there at 6am. Found a cockroach in our room, only had half a roll of toilet paper and had no WiFi in our room it only works by the office. When we arrived at the hotel he tried to charge me an additional $20 to what I had prepaid online for the hotel. Upon entering our hotel room I was greeted with a cockroach in the bathroom. The bed had signs of bed bugs and body fluids. The fridge was moldy and the room had mold on the walls.
