"Everything was good with the room and hotel. Morning breakfast was chaotic with the only staff member sitting at the not busy front desk while the coffee and the waffle machines were empty and people trying to figure out what to eat. Eventually when asked, the desk person refilled things with an incredible lack of enthusiasm."
