"We had an amazing stay at Mansion Alcazar. The hotel has this classic cozy vibe and the room was incredibly beautiful!! It has also a great location near Cuenca's historic centre, but far enough so that the noise and movement of people didn't disturb us. The complimentary breakfast was delicious and assorted, we enjoyed local cuisine as well as american-style dishes. The Staff were super friendly and even helped us reserve a local tour to Cajas. If I had just one suggestion, is that our room was probably near the kitchen and in the early morning while sleeping we could hear the Staff talking and we woke up. As I said, probably due to our room's location. However, we would still return anytime!"

"The property and breakfast sir was are lovely, the beds are incredibly comfortable, and the staff goes above and beyond. We were there on Halloween but it was raining terribly that night, so the staff let her truck or treat around the hotel and even got a couple of guests in on it.
