Very friendly and hospitable people. They also have activities like horse riding and cooking classes(unfortunately we didn't have time) »

« Bei Nana haben wir uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Ein Guest House der besonderen Art. Sehr familiär. Wenige Zimmer, die sehr gemütlich und süß eingerichtet sind. Ist sehr Zentral. Vom Busbahnhof zu Fuß wenige Minuten entfernt und unsere Aussicht vom Balkon war auch sehr schön. Eine Herzliche Familie, bei der man gerne zu Gast ist. »

« Met in car on arrival, shown where to park and room. Lovely hotel, wine tour was good, wine tasting was excellent and our expert was very good at describing the wines, brandy and cha cha. Cooking workshops were good fun and you are what you made! Food in restaurant was really nice. Breakfast was nice, but the weakest link of the whole stay. Not replenished and when you could find the server, brought Luke warm coffee. »

« I had a really lovely time at Château Chapiteau. The area is so peaceful, and it was amazing to wake up and see a beautiful forest right outside my window. The house smells like wood, which I found really pleasant. I loved hearing the stream running right outside my door—it made everything feel so calming. Plus, having a hot shower while being so in the nature was amazing! The staff were super friendly and made me feel welcome from the start. The property is huge, with lots of forest to walk...

« This review is specifically for the “penthouse” suite with the private bathroom. We were very disappointed to arrive to find the bathroom filthy and clearly used and not cleaned. I’m assuming one of the guests from the downstairs rooms with the shared bathrooms had found it and been using it, but the management really should have checked before we arrived. We bought cleaning wipes at the market and cleaned the bathroom as best we could. Also the mattress was so old and worn out that you could...
