Enjoy this beautiful property with a pool, grilling stations, beach chairs, and private beach access. Centrally located, you're minutes from both Siesta Key Village and Crescent Village, with shopping, dining, and island attractions nearby for the perfect beach getaway.

    - Direct Beach Access on Site
    - 1.7 Miles to Siesta Key Village

    - Less than 100 feet from Property entrance to local free trolley stop.
    Siesta Key has 13 beach access points and a free trolley system making all of Siesta Key easily accessible no matter where you are on the island!

    Important things to note:
    - We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit.
    - Recreational Vehicles, boats, or trailers may not be parked overnight on the premises without permission from the Jamaica Royale Office
    - Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
    - To book a beachside managed Property Between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years old or older and be present for the entire duration of the stay. Outside of this time frame, the standard minimum age for this property applies.
    - Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $1,000. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged up to but not limited by the full authorized amount for damages/miss items.
