This 2-bedroom, 2-bath home features a full kitchen, dining area, spacious living room, and breathtaking Gulf views from the living room, primary bedroom, and private balconies. Step directly onto the world-famous white sand beach, enjoy the outdoor shower, and take advantage of nearby pool access. Just a short stroll to Siesta Key Village’s shops, dining, and entertainment. Find your perfect home for an unforgettable vacation.

    The Location:
    - Less than 100 Feet to the Beach
    - 0.3 Miles to Siesta Key Village
    - 3.0 Miles to Crescent Village
    - 0.4 Miles to Pool Access
    - 0.4 Miles to local free trolley stop.
    Siesta Key has 13 beach access points and a free trolley system making all of Siesta Key easily accessible no matter where you are on the island!

    Important things to note:
    - This property is stairs only; all guests must have the ability to use stairs.
    - We only guarantee 1 parking space per rental unit. There is no garage parking.
    - Check-in is located at our office off site of the property. The address will be shared with check-in instructions.
    - Security Authorization Hold taken upon check-in: $1,000. This hold is released upon inspection of unit after check-out or charged up to but not limited by the full authorized amount for damages/miss items.
    - To book a beachside managed Property Between February 1st and April 15th, the booker must be 27 years old or older and be present for the entire duration of the stay. Outside of this time frame, the standard minimum age for this property applies.
