Adjacent to the pool area, you’ll discover a sizable open-air patio space with loungers. Nearby, you’ll encounter the sheltered patio space housing 2 large smart TV's, numerous seating and dining options, outdoor grill (natural gas), ping pong, and darts! It is the ultimate spot to unwind after a day spent at the beach! These areas are all within the fenced backyard for privacy and security, rendering it family-friendly and ideal for the home's pet-friendly policy (fees and restrictions apply).  
  
This approximately 2,600 square foot coastal farmhouse is so charming from top to bottom! You’ll adore it, we assure you! It also boasts strategically positioned windows and sliding doors to invite plenty of natural light in, maintaining an airy and luminous atmosphere. This home includes an elevator with service to all floors.  
  
This home offers 5 bedrooms (each with en suite baths), and 5 full baths and 2 half baths. 2 of the 5 bedrooms are complete with balcony access. There are 4 king beds, 1 full over full bunk bed, and a queen sleeper sofa. It comfortably accommodates 14 people in beds. The living room is arranged as the ideal gathering spot, encompassing the kitchen, living, and dining areas of the home with access to a balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, and we emphasize this because we understand how crucial it is to you, our valued guests! Not only is it equipped, but it’s also equipped with the brands and products you trust. This home also features a game room with multiple gaming consoles – Nintendo, Playstation, and more – as well as an assortment of board games like a full size Connect 4 game.  
This Siesta Key luxury vacation rental features Smart TVs with cable and streaming services, as well as free Wi-Fi throughout the property - including the outside areas for complete coverage for all your work or personal needs. TVs in all bedrooms.

Floor Plan Description (by level):  
  
Ground Level:  
  
Free parking for up to 4 vehicles (2 covered spaces, and 2 spaces in the driveway). On this ground level you’ll find the fully fenced pool and backyard area (pet friendly – fees and restrictions apply), including the covered patio space. As we already shared, it’s such a great space for everyone. In addition to all the details already shared, there are ceiling fans throughout the space for added comfort. The home’s beach equipment can be found here, which includes 2 beach wagons, 2 coolers, 6 beach chairs, and 4 bikes. We include a full refrigerator and deep freezer nearby for easy storage of food, drinks, and ice, so your beach prep and breakdown are that much easier. These appliances can also be used to support your pool days and time at home as well. You’ll also access the home’s main entrance foyer with elevator and stair access to the home's two (2) living levels above.  
  
The First Level of Living (2nd Floor):  
  
This level features the great room, balcony overlooking the pool, and master bedroom. The great room features a fully stocked kitchen with a range and hood vent, full sized refrigerator (with ice maker) and freezer, dishwasher, trash and recycling storage, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and more. These spaces are very well appointed with drinkware, cookware, bakeware, dishware, cutlery, and specialty items like crockpots, blenders, and more. If you have any questions on kitchen supplies, our reservationists would be happy to provide more details. The kitchen also includes a dining area with a custom island dining table for 16. The dining table is such a cool feature, and all of our guests love it for entertaining, especially around the holidays! Just off this space is a comfortable living room with seating (queen sleeper located here) and balcony access. The balcony on this level extends the interior living space and complements it well! The balcony is furnished with 2 high top tables with seating for 8. There is 1 bedroom on this floor, master bedroom 1, and it features balcony access, a king bed, and an en suite bathroom with “wet room” including an oversized shower with dual shower heads and a free-standing soaker tub. There is also a half bath off the great room and a laundry room with washer and dryer on this floor.  
  
The Second Level of Living (3rd Floor):  
  
This level features the remaining 4 bedrooms, and all of them feature en suite bathrooms. Master bedroom 2 (bedroom 2) features balcony access, a king bed, and an en suite bathroom with double vanity, “wet room” including an oversized shower with dual shower heads and a free-standing soaker tub. Bedroom 3 & 4 both feature a king bed and an en suite bath with vanity and walk-in shower. Bedroom 5 features a full over full bunk bed (sleeps 4) and an en suite bath that features a vanity and shower/bathtub combination. There is a game room on this floor with multiple gaming consoles, board games, and more. There is another half bath and washer and dryer on this floor as well.

We had an amazing stay! The property is the cleanest and most well kept place we have ever stayed. The proximity to the beach is perfect and the pool was always cool. Highly recommend!!! Can't wait to come back soon!

#### Great Family Vacation

We spent a week here and had a wonderful vacation! House is in a great location right off of Midnight Pass Road and within easy walking distance to the beach. House was very clean and pictures online are accurate. There is so much to do just at the house with the pool (which my kids loved), ping pong, corn hole, bikes, and being able to walk to the beach. Elevator was great for luggage. This house is a perfect oasis and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Would highly recommend this house to others and would stay here again!

#### Beautiful well equipped home

The home is immaculately kept. The layout is well thought out and works well with many different dynamics of people/groups. The AC on the 3rd floor didn't seem to be working as well as the other floors. I texted the the mgmt co, and rod with maintenance arrived within 10 mins. Super responsive. We loved the home and all that it offered. would recommend and would stay again.

#### Wonderful!

Our family of 14 had an amazing getaway at this property! The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and well-equipped, and we loved having an en suite bathroom with each bedroom. Everyone enjoyed the pool with attached hot tub, and the kids had a blast on the slide! The house is perfectly located and just a short walk from the beach and South Siesta Village. The thoughtful amenities included wagons, beach chairs, beach towels, and coolers for the beach, as well as bicycles and helmets. There is also a ping pong table, corn hole game, and dart board for additional entertainment. The property manager was communicative and responsive from day one and did an amazing job with this property. We had a wonderful stay and we hope to return someday!

This property was truly amazing - the layout and design was perfect for our family of ten! The house was immaculate and decorated so well. The huge living room sofa made it comfy for the entire family to hang out along with the enormous dining room table. The kitchen was completely stocked for our Thanksgiving dinner - you name it, they had it! A bathroom in every bedroom was so nice. And the outdoor space was the perfect little oasis. The owners and property management truly thought of everything to make your stay in Siesta Key a relaxing one. The walk to the beach is super easy - especially with the provided wagons and beach chairs! My one and only complaint - the drinking glasses. More plastic and less glass! Thank you for an amazing week in Siesta Key!

#### Beautiful Property

Celebrating my father's 85th birthday we had a total of 9 family members ranging in age from 1-85, & we ALL loved the property! Beautiful property-we had professional pictures taken as the ambience of the house was conducive to such. Easy access to stores, restaurants and most importantly the BEACH (absolutely gorgeous). Property was equipped with everything from trial size sunblock to bikes and helmets! Would definitely stay again!

The house was absolutely perfect! The kids loved the pool area. Beach access only a block away, convenient location. Trolley pick up/drop off right at the house. Loved everything about this home. You won’t be disappointed.

We hosted a wedding nearby and wanted our adult children and their SOs to all stay with us under one roof. The house is beautiful, laid out to allow privacy for everyone, yet has a great open space for us to all hang out together. Beautiful house, well-maintained, and great family space - highly recommend!

Everything was as stated and more. The pool slide was so much fun. The hot tub was wonderful. The beach was close, parking was ample Trolley stopped right in front of the house. Beautiful place to be and stay. Rent it!! You won’t regret it
