We really appreciated our stay here, the flat kept us safe and dry during hurricane Debbie when every other lots were flooded. It was perfect for the rest of the trip, going to the nearby beach or just chilling in cool AC.

Very pleasant and relaxing. Repair of the pool heater never quite caught up with us druing our stay, but the surf and sun were delightfully warm:) We had a most wonderful time.

This condo has a great view of the canal. You can literally have your coffee every morning by the water. We stayed for 9 days and will be back looking for Christine’s place!! Centered perfectly on Siesta Key saw all the sites and beaches. We didn’t need a thing, Christine has everything you need and plus!

Relaxing Retreat

Had a great stay. Loved the location of the unit. The bay was right there and loved watching the boats go by. Unit was clean and comfortable. It was a nice surprise to see a Kruig machine and a washer and dryer. It is a little outdated but we didn't care. We were busy out and about. We would love to stay here again!

You will want for nothing at Joe's place. From dishes/towels/cooler/beach chairs/beach bags and more. Beautiful condo facing the bay along with a fantastic, enclosed, porch. Trolly is right there too! Close to everything and there is a nice pool. Highly recommended! Thanks Joe!

Excellent unit in great location

The property has a holiday feel. It’s well presented and has everything you need. The position is excellent backing onto the bay side of Siesta Key with great views of the bay from the lanai. We enjoyed relaxing with a glass of wine in the evening watching the dolphins and manatee from the small fishing pier close to the property. Christine was easy to deal with and responded quickly. It’s a really nice place and we would definitely stay there again.

Cute location with the bay and docks behind the condos. Everything was pretty good. Our only gripe was that the place is a little bit dirty. Floors made our feet dirty, and the furniture/ appliances could use an update. Also, in the listing it says "minutes from the beach", it should say minutes drive, not a walk. We were surprised to see everything directly in front of the condos were private beaches.

we've stayed at your place two years in a row. We were hoping you upgraded your place but you did not. the location is great and the view out the back is beautiful. But the bathroom is bad, the furniture is uncomfortable, the fridge leaked, the garbage disposal did not work and the sink backed up. We will not stay there again.

Great condo on Siesta Key with views of the bay!

My wife and I stayed at this condo for a week. We have stayed at Siesta Key many times but always on the Gulf side. This is a very nice 2BR condo perfect for one or two couples, or a small family. It is ground floor and a nice patio for watching the boats go by in the bay. The owner was great to work with! Very responsive to any questions or calls. The only negative is there is no public beach access unless you walk north to Stickney Point road (0.5mi) or south 1 mile to Siesta Beach. Other than that, everything was great! Would definitely stay here again.
